SHIPPING
We provide international shipping via DHL to all countries worldwide, excluding Ukraine, Russia, and North Korea.
Please note that delivery begins on business days only (excluding weekends and holidays), and may be delayed by 1–3 business days depending on circumstances.
International delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, but may vary depending on the destination and local conditions.
Upon receiving your package, please check for any damage or defects.
If you find any issues, please contact our English customer service by email, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING FEE
Free international shipping is available on orders of USD 250 or more.
For orders under USD 250, a flat shipping fee of USD 25 will be charged.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
TAX
Import taxes and customs duties vary by country.
Please contact your local customs office for detailed information.
If you refuse to accept the package, we can refund only the product price, excluding the shipping fee.
The shipping fee includes both the outbound and return shipping costs.
Please ensure that taxes are paid within two weeks after the goods arrive at the DHL center in your country.
If payment is not completed within this period, the shipment will be treated as rejected.
RETURN & REFUND
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- USD 25 paid shipping (one-way shipping fee): refund issued after USD 25 deduction
- Free shipping (round-trip shipping fee USD 50): refund issued after USD 50 deduction
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or shipping costs associated with returns.
EXCHANGES
LLEGE does not accept exchanges.
Customers must follow the return process for any unwanted products and place a new order for the desired item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the item you received is faulty or damaged, or if an error occurred on our part, LLEGE will cover both delivery and return shipping costs.
You may return the product for a full refund.
